    Fuel used per load, from Samsara

    • Connect your Samsara account on AI & Integrations with an API token, sealed on our server
    • A Use tab in Fuel: what each truck burned each week, its MPG, and the gap against what its fuel cards bought
    • Each load’s gallons and MPG, shared out by its miles on the days it ran

    Settlements, toll tags and fuel report PDFs

    • A Settlements tab on the P&L: upload the week's driver pay statements and see each one against its driver's row, figure by figure, with one click to fix the P&L
    • Toll tags: put each transponder on its truck once, and every toll file fills its own units
    • BestPass and I-PASS files are recognised as they come, charges written as negatives included
    • Fuel imports read the Relay fuel report PDF, checked against its own totals
    • Driver names from fuel reports are matched to your drivers, and "Same person" remembers the ones that differ
    • Pay rules in Settings: where a fuel bonus goes, and who is charged back for fuel and tolls
    • Axle reads each PDF a second time and points out anything that looks different

    Try the demo, settlements and two-factor sign-in

    • Try the demo: a private demo company with a sample fleet and sample books, no sign-up, deleted after 24 hours
    • Driver settlements: each driver's week, with loads, pay, deductions and net, as a PDF to send them
    • Factoring on the Accounting dashboards: advances, reserves and fees against your factor's terms
    • Fuel card exports from Comdata, EFS, WEX / Fleet One and TCS are recognized on import, and the Accounting books export to QuickBooks
    • Drivers import and export as a spreadsheet, and the fleet's spreadsheet carries the registration and insurance dates
    • Forgot password? A one-time link by email. And optional two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app
