How do I get started?
Book a free 20-minute consultation. We learn about your fleet and your factor, open your account, and help you bring in your trucks, drivers and statements.
Can I look around before adding my own data?
Yes. Try the demo opens a private demo company for 24 hours, no sign-up. In your own account, a new company can load a sample fleet with one click: trucks, drivers, loads, fuel and eight weeks of P&L. Settings removes it again.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Dash Financials runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Your data
Can I import what I already have?
Yes. Trucks, trailers and every ledger import from spreadsheets (CSV or Excel), including the files your fuel card and toll providers send. Columns are matched by their headings.
Does it do driver settlements?
Yes. Each driver's settlement comes from their P&L row for the week: loads, pay, deductions and net pay, as a PDF.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Your Accounting books export as a file QuickBooks imports: an .iif file for QuickBooks Desktop, or CSV files for QuickBooks Online.
How do receipts from drivers get in?
Connect your drivers' Telegram group. Receipts and documents posted there become suggestions in an Inbox, and you confirm each one before it reaches the books.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. Every ledger exports to Excel or CSV, the P&L downloads as a PDF, and the CPA packet bundles the year, fleet included, for your accountant.
Axle and the P&L
What is Axle?
Axle is the assistant built into every page. It explains your weekly P&L, finds what changed and answers questions about your own figures.
Can Axle get numbers wrong?
Axle does not do the math; the books do. Every figure Axle writes is checked against your data, and a sentence that does not match is rewritten or removed.
How often is the P&L updated?
Every week. Each week is checked before it is closed: miles on every row, the sheet against the ledgers, and truck pay against the fleet.
Account and support
Can my team or accountant have access?
Yes. Add each person with their own sign-in as an owner, an admin or a view-only user.
Which languages do you support?
Our team supports you in English and Uzbek.
