Your numbers, kept safe
Your books hold your fleet, your drivers and your money. Here is plainly how we look after them.
Your company, walled off
Every request is answered from your company's own records only. No other customer can see, search or change your books.
Passwords never stored
Passwords are kept only as Argon2 hashes, a one-way method built to resist guessing. After repeated failed sign-ins the account is locked for a few minutes. Turn on two-factor sign-in for a code from your phone as well, and a forgotten password is reset with a one-time link by email.
Roles for every person
Owners and admins run the team; a user sees the books without changing them. Everyone signs in with their own account.
Every change on record
Each change to your books is written to an activity log with who made it and when, kept for a year. Fleet changes can be undone.
Logins sealed
The platform logins you keep in the Info Box are encrypted with a key that is never stored in the database.
Backed up every hour
The database is backed up every hour, encrypted with AES-256 and copied off the server, with a daily copy kept for good.
Encrypted in transit
The whole site runs over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict content security policy, and checks that turn away requests from other sites.
Axle never calculates
Our assistant explains your figures; it does not make them up. Every number it writes is checked against your books, and what fails is removed.
Watched around the clock
The site and its database are checked every minute, and we are alerted the moment either stops answering.
Your data stays yours
Every ledger exports to a spreadsheet at any time, and the year-end CPA packet brings your P&L, your ledgers and your fleet together in one download. If you leave, we delete your company's data on request.
